○　每日服用1-3次，每次服用10ml，隨餐服用或遵醫(yī)囑。

Dosage:

Adult Dose:

1 tablespoon (10ml), 3-5 times daily
Recovery Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily
Preventative Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1-3 times daily

Child Dose:

2-6 years: 1/4 the recommended adult dose
6-12 years: 1/2 the recommended adult dose

Warnings:

• An initial aggravation of symptoms may occur which indicates inner cleansing. Lower dosage if reaction is severe and discontinue use if irritation continues.

Rue (Ruta graveolens herba): The best herb for tendon and ligament injuries.? It increases surface circulation which reduces bruising.

St John?s Wort (Hypericum perforatum herba): For any type of physiological trauma causing nerve pain and inflammation, especially beneficial for injured nerves, sciatica and disc damage. Excellent after surgery to accelerate the healing of cut nerves.

Willow Bark (Salix spp. cortex): Used for well over 2,000 years to reduce inflammation and pain in the musculoskeletal system.? It is a well-known natural source of the aspirin-like salicin with mild analgesic (pain relieving), anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties.
